Brandon Griffith has served as the Executive Director for one of the largest and most successful SCL agencies in Central Kentucky for a number of years, before deciding to focus on case management supports to improve people’s quality of life. Prior to serving as an Executive Director, he served as a Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, Program Director and Assistant Executive Director all within the realm of ID/DD services within the state of Kentucky. Mr. Griffith is a native of Jackson, KY and received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Morehead State University as well as Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Kentucky. He has served on a number of committees as well as panels promoting advocacy for those with disabilities. Mr. Griffith has a long history of volunteerism especially within the organization PUSH America as well as The Journey of Hope. Brandon currently acts as the owner of No Boundaries CM and Technology Supports.
Brandon resides in Lexington KY with his wife and children as well as a multitude of furry family members, including his pet possum.

Faith George serves as the Executive Director for No Boundaries. Faith has worked in the mental health ID/DD field for several years as both a case manager and a direct support professional. Faith enjoys being a part of the person centered team approach. Faith graduated from EKU with a major in child and family studies, social work, and a minor in psychology. During her time at EKU, she was a member of Kappa Delta Tau a service sorority on campus that focused on human services. At that time she held two offices while pursuing her degrees. Faith is from Pikeville, KY and prides herself on her southern charm and hospitality. Faith is a certified yoga instructor RYT 200 who believes in the importance not just physical health but mental and spiritual health. Critina Hummerick serves as the quality assurance director at No Boundaries. She has worked within the waiver community in several capacities including DSP, case manager as well as supervisor and advocate for 16 years. Critina graduated from EKU with a major in psychology and a minor in women and gender studies. She is passionate about person centered planning and finding ways to build communities for those she supports. She has participated in fundraising for the Salvation Army as well as various local animal shelters. Critina is originally from Garrett, KY but has lived in Lexington 16 years with her husband and 3 rescue dogs. She spends her leisure time painting, traveling, and going for long walks at her local dog park. Critina prides herself on her sense of humor, compassion and creativity and she believes that kindness is her superpower. Critina Hummerick

Harvey Coleman has worked for No Boundaries for 11 years with an additional 10 years of experience working with some of the same co-workers and clients. Jason White comes with years of experience and has been in the field for approximately 19 years with 18 years of those being in the area of case management. His goal has always been to advocate for his folks in an effort to help them live their best life and be as happy and healthy as possible. Stephanie Augsburger has been in the IDD field for over 15 years. She has been at No Boundaries since it’s creation. Prior to serving as a case manager, Stephanie provided residential and day training supports. She graduated from EKU with a major in psychology and a minor in political science. Raychell Mann has been working in case management for 12 years and has been working at No Boundaries since it opened. Her favorite thing about being a part of a team in a case management role is coming up with creative solutions to everyday issues, working with agencies to support her folks which enables them to live the life of their choosing as well as educating families on services and options outside of traditional waivers. Sara Henson-Sallee is a case manager for No Boundaries who relocated to Kentucky from Hurricane, WV. She has a bachelors degree in social work from UK. Sara has been working in the ID/DD field for the past 13 years in multiple capacities. Sara is a dedicated advocate who brings experience and humor to the individuals she supports. Jo Patton has been with No Boundaries since 2013 but she has been in the field since she was 18 years old. Jo loves people and has a warm and caring personality. She loves getting to know others, figuring out what they like and getting involved in their day to day activities. She enjoys creating milestones and memories along the way. Brooks Elliott has been with No Boundaries for approximately 7 years. He is passionate about forming meaningful relationships with his clients as well as their families/guardians. Roy Duncan joined No Boundaries Case Management in January 2017. Prior to case management Roy spent two years as a community access staff assisting participants with more community integration as well as making long lasting natural supports. As a case manager he has great experience working with both Michelle P. Waiver as well as Supports for Community Living Waiver including working with individuals utilizing Person Directed Services option of the SCL waiver. Roy currently lives in Lexington, KY and serves clients in the Lexington metro area, the Morehead area as well as Northern KY. Travis Leffew lives in and serves the greater Elizabethtown region for No Boundaries. He has been a case manager for No Boundaries since 2018. Previously Travis served as the health services manager for Community Alternatives Lexington and eventually also managed the Frankfort/Elizabethtown location. Travis graduated from UK and went on to work for Baptist Health Lexington for cardiology and gained human service experience before finding his passion for the folks he serves now. In his downtime you will find him shining his car, kayaking or exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains of TN with my partner and two dogs, Golden Doodle Charlie and Bassett-Lab AKA lowrider, Georgia. Karen McGuffin has been with No Boundaries for about 3 years but has been in the social services world for about 20 years. She is familiar with DCBS and the workings of most of the departments including DAIL and guardianship. Karen is straightforward and works to maintain a high level of contact with her clients. Karen is determined to find answers for her clients. She currently works in six different counties in the Elizabethtown area and has been with her clients for five years. Karen has a masters degree from Kent and a bachelors from Western KY university. Karen resides in Hardin county and has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. Brandi Wehrly has been a case manager for over 10 years with the last 2 years being with No Boundaries. Disability services have always been a passion of hers. She has a background in special education and social services. Since 2007 she has worked with families in various roles via the SCL and Michelle P. Waivers. Freedom joined the team at No Boundaries in the spring of 2022. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and currently serves across several counties in Central, Kentucky. Freedom graduated from The University of the Cumberlands with a bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is working to obtain her LPCC. Freedom has over 13 years of experience providing services through the SCL and MP waivers to adults and children. Freedom has worked directly with clients in many settings which include day training, case management, residential, record management, Medicaid billing, supported employment and more.
