Brandon Griffith has served as the Executive Director for one of the largest and most successful SCL agencies in Central Kentucky before transitioning to focus on case management supports to enhance individuals’ quality of life. His experience includes roles as a Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, Program Director, and Assistant Executive Director within the ID/DD services sector in Kentucky. Mr. Griffith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Morehead State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Kentucky. He has actively participated in numerous committees and panels advocating for individuals with disabilities. Brandon is currently the owner of No Boundaries CM and Technology Supports.

Faith George serves as the Executive Director for No Boundaries. With 20+ years experience in the mental health ID/DD field, she has worked as both a case manager and a direct support professional. Faith is passionate about the person-centered team approach and its positive impact on individuals. She holds a degree in Child and Family Studies with a focus in social work, along with a minor in psychology from EKU. During her time at EKU, she was an active member of Kappa Delta Tau, a service sorority focused on human services, and held two offices while completing her studies. Faith is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and advocates for the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Critina Hummerick serves as the Quality Assurance Director at No Boundaries. With 20+ years of experience in the waiver community, she has worked in various roles, including DSP, case manager, supervisor, and advocate. Critina holds a degree in Psychology from EKU with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. She is passionate about person-centered planning and creating inclusive communities for those she supports. Critina has also been involved in fundraising for the Salvation Army and local animal shelters. She is known for her sense of humor, compassion, and creativity, and she believes that kindness is a powerful tool for making a difference.

Harvey Coleman has been with No Boundaries for 11 years, bringing an additional 10 years of experience working with many of the same colleagues and clients. Travis Leffew serves the greater Elizabethtown region as a case manager for No Boundaries, a role he has held since 2018 – being in the ID/DD field for 10+ years. Prior to joining No Boundaries, Travis was the Health Services Director for Community Alternatives Lexington and also managed the Frankfort/Elizabethtown locations. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and gained valuable experience working for Baptist Health Lexington in cardiology before discovering his passion for supporting individuals in the ID/DD field. Heather Shepherd joined the No Boundaries team in 2024, working with SCL, MPW, and PDS Case Management. With a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University, Heather has a strong background in behavioral health crisis intervention, having started her career at Eastern State Hospital. She then worked with families, focusing on women and children seeking emergency shelter, where she held various roles, including HWDVP Case Manager, Advocate, and Housing/Shelter Coordinator, during her ten-year tenure with a non-profit organization. In the summer of 2024, Heather joined No Boundaries, continuing her dedication to advocating for individual rights, quality of life, and the overall wellbeing of those she serves.
